THE INFLUENCE OF WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT, WORK STRESS, AND WORK MOTIVATION ON FEMALE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work-Family Conflict, work stress, and work motivation on the performance of female employees at the First Instance Judicial Court in Dili. The research population consists of 34 respondents (8 judges, 22 clerks, and 4 female administrative staff), with the entire population used as the sample due to its size being less than 100. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale, while data analysis involved mean scores and multiple linear regression. This study investigates the correlation between independent variables (Work-Family Conflict, Work Stress, and Work Motivation) and the dependent variable (Performance) among female employees in the judicial institution, with the goal of providing comprehensive insights into factors affecting work productivity in the legal context.
