Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of communication , work environment and work motivation on the performance of PNTL members (Study of the Timor Leste National Police Office, Viqueque Municipal Command) . In this study, the research method used is a quantitative research method. The population obtained was 75 people with Sampling for this study using Census samples, namely 75 PNTL members . The data used in this study is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a quantitative data analysis technique using statistical methods. The statistical method used is SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the communication variable (X1 ) has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Policia members at the Timor Leste National Policia Office, Viqueque Municipal Command . The work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Policia members at the Timor Leste National Policia Office, Viqueque Municipal Command . The work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the Policia members at the Timor Leste National Policia Office, Viqueque Municipal Command . The communication variables (X1), environment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) together has a positive and significant impact to performance Police members at the Timor Leste National Police Office Viqueque Municipal Command.
