This study aims to analyze and explain: 1) the effect of compensation on employee performance; 2) the influence of the work environment on employee performance; 3) the effect of compensation on work discipline; 4) the influence of the work environment on work discipline; 5) the influence of work discipline on employee performance; 6) the role of work discipline mediation on the effect of compensation on employee performance; 7) the role of work discipline mediation on the influence of the work environment on employee performance Work discipline mediation. The population of this study is 100 from employees working at EDTL, E.P., Caicoli, Dili with a sample of 90 with questionnaire distribution. This study uses the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) in Smart PLS 4.1.0. Through the results of the study, it is known that directly compensation and work environment have no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; compensation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on work discipline; work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Indirectly, compensation and work environment mediated by work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of EDTL, E.P., Caicoli, Dili based on the value of R Squares.
