THE EFFECT OF DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS, PRICE, SERVICE QUALITY ON SALES VOLUME IN TIMOR BLOCK BUILDING INDUSTRY ( TBBI) COMPANY TIMOR-LESTE IN FOMENTO 1 AREA COMORO MUNISIPIO DILI

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze and explain the contents of the title: (1). The influence of distribution channels on sales volume (2). The influence of price on sales volume (3). The influence of distribution channels on sales volume (4). The influence of price, on sales volume (5). The influence of service quality on sales volume at the Timor Block Building Industry (TBBI) company in Timor-Leste in the Fomento 1 Comoro Municipality of Dili. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Timor Block Building Industry (TBBI) company in Timor-Leste in the Fomento 1 Comoro Municipality of Dili. The sampling procedure used non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling technique with 85 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that distribution channels, prices, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at the Timor Block Building Industry (TBBI) company in Timor-Leste in the Fomento 1 Comoro Municipality of Dili. So the more in the Timor Block Building Industry (TBBI) company, Timor-Leste, conducting distribution channels according to the needs and desires of Timor Block Building Industry (TBBI) employees by paying attention to the three indicators, the quality of service and sales volume will also increase. And also the better the quality of service received by employees will further improve the quality of service and sales volume at the Timor Block Building Industry (TBBI) company in the fomento 1 comoro municipality of Dili. Therefore, it is expected that Timor Block Building Industry (TBBI) will always pay attention to distribution channels that are in accordance with the needs and desires of employees by means of the three indicators and continue to increase prices by means of the five indicators so that the quality of service and sales volume will increase.
