This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline and career development on employee performance in a study at Ermera Municipality office-. This type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 50 respondents and data processing used the SPSS processing program version 21 . This research has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and adjusted R square test. The results of the study indicate that Motivation, Work Discipline and Career Development, partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on the work performance of Civil Servants at Ermera Municipal office , meaning that the increasing of work motivation, work discipline and career development of employees will significantly increase employee performance.
